PHYSICIAN. EDUCATOR. IN YOUR CORNER.
Financial confidence.
More room
for life.
You’ve worked hard for your career. Let’s help your money support the life you want to live.
I’m Dr. Claudia Jarrin. I help physicians turn financial uncertainty into understanding, purpose, and a clear next step.

Founder, StethoWealth
Good medicine starts with understanding.
So does a healthy financial life.
A fulfilling career. A full life.HI, I’M CLAUDIA
A physician who believes
you can understand
your money.
I’m a board-certified infectious diseases physician with more than a decade of clinical experience. I know how much a demanding career asks of you, and how little time medical training leaves for learning personal finance.
My own search for financial clarity led me to create StethoWealth. Now I help other physicians make sense of the decisions in front of them, ask better questions, and build a financial system they understand.
You deserve to feel informed, heard, and capable.

PHYSICIANS, IN THEIR OWN WORDS
Read physician storiesWhat stood out most was how well she taught and empowered us rather than simply telling us what we “should” do. … I’m incredibly grateful for the knowledge, clarity, and confidence she gave us.
Most importantly to us, she made personal finance/retirement feel so much more approachable and gave us the tools to do it for the long term.
She introduced me to the importance of disability insurance, something I hadn't even considered.
With her ongoing guidance, we have developed a plan to reach my financial goals. I am so thankful for Claudia's experience and knowledge!

BEFORE YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP
A few things
you might be wondering.
Do I need to know anything about investing?
No. You can learn, and you can start with the basics. The course helps you build a foundation, while coaching meets you where you are and helps you understand the decisions in front of you. You don’t need prior investing knowledge to get started.
Should I choose the course or coaching?
The course is a good fit when you want structured learning at your own pace. Coaching adds conversation, individual context, and accountability. A free consultation can help you decide where to begin.
Is StethoWealth a fit for residents, fellows, and attendings?
Yes. StethoWealth is for physicians at different stages of their careers, including residents, fellows, and attendings—not only those early in practice. The programs are especially relevant for physicians earning primarily W-2 income, whether you’re building your financial foundation or reassessing an existing plan.
Do the programs cover student loan repayment plans?
While general debt repayment is part of the course, student loan repayment options are not a focus of the course or coaching services.
Will you manage my investments?
StethoWealth focuses on financial education and coaching. You learn to understand your accounts, evaluate your options, and make informed decisions. My goal is to empower you to manage your investments on your own.
Is StethoWealth a good fit if I already have a financial advisor?
Yes. You may have an advisor and still not fully understand the recommendations, be receiving advice that doesn’t fit your needs, or be paying too much in advisory or assets-under-management (AUM) fees. My goal is to help you evaluate that advice, recognize potential gaps, understand what you’re paying, and make informed decisions about your finances and the professionals you work with.
